Oh, oh. This doesn't sound good.

I love this quote from our Mayor, Bruce Abernethy: "It was being distracting....." He added that the city's charges of fraud were the central part of the city's case.

I wonder why the odometer tampering was being considered the "main crux of it? "

Oh, I don't know. Maybe because it was PROOF of fraud? Nevermindthat.

Somehow, I don't think this case is going to come out well.
