Forget this housing bubble crap, there's some REAL news out there, though the media has inexplicably buried it.

Peter Jackson has agreed to film THE HOBBIT, and sequel (?!), to come out in 2010 and 2011. I'm assuming a two parter, rather than a sequel (!?),

Have you noticed how 'negative' this bubble-talk is getting. I think virtually whatever you read now talks of doom & gloom. The worst news is clearly out there.

It's getting the point that we need to start being contrarian's, and be boosters.

Yes, more Bilbo meets Gollum, with a homo-twist, thats what we need in 2010.
