The used book business a few doors down from you? Can't recall the name.
Got it on the list.
Dudley's.
Any others?
Isn't Speedshop going to re-open?
We lost Blue Fish and gained BBC.
Rumor. One of the partners took off with the merchandise.
Either the renovation fell through or was never meant to happen.
Other partner wants to reopen as a bar, The Lux.
Rumor.
You sticking to downtown?
If not:
Toy Zone, 923 S. 3rd
And that place on Parrell behind Gold's Gym that rented jetskis, snowmobiles and stuff.
King of Sole vacated a couple days ago and that space is now up for rent.
Thanks,
Keep them comin'.
Yeah, I'd include Westside Video, but I think I'll stick to Downtown.
Should be enough activity down there.
Someone told me King of Sole just moved to a new cheaper location.
Vino Mercato was the first prominent restaurant to go... then Hans.
I put the start date as this fall. Blu Teal may be pushing it, I can't remember.
But I got to pick a date to start, and Sept. 1 is a good one, since I think that's when we well and truly plunged into recession.
Looks like another one is in trouble.

Bond Street Market is for sale. Owner can no longer meet all obligations. 10 grand(firm) takes everything. The business is in the black and is carrying no debt- 2 more years on lease and landlord has expressed willingness to reduce rent for new tenant. There is over 10k in fixtures and equipment alone. Please respond for more info
