Free Comic Book Day

This has gotten to be a grand tradition; a no lose for the customers.

They create some pretty good comics for this day, and it's a great time to give comics a try, especially for the kids. Toy Story, Iron Man, Superman, Archies, etc. etc.

Come on in!

We let people pick 4 titles each, which seems to be a good number.

See you on Saturday.

Nice little Kevin Smith public service announcement for free comic book day. Thought you might enjoy this.

4 comics is better than my local chain, New England Comics. They limit it to 2 comics which seems a little stingy to me.

We actually ended up at 6 comics. I might go even higher, except I want people to value to comics they get, and making them choose a little does that...

both of those seem like good numbers. 2 isn't enough in my opinion. What bothers me more is that when I head in on Wednesday they'll still have plenty of most of the titles.
