Wha....huh? How'd that get on here? Last I remember is a bearded guy in a white robe waving his arm at me and saying,

    So, the gest of their argument over at Central Oregon Real Estate Blog, "Best Buyer's Market in 20 Years!"
    is: if you were stupid enough to buy last year when conditions prices were too high but rising, you should be stupid enough to buy now that we KNOW prices are dropping!

    Listen up, stupid, you were stupid last year, so we want you to be stupid now, dammit! Catch a falling knife for me!
